Ainsley Bladon is a seasoned leader in mental health strategy and social care, with extensive experience across the Welsh Government, Cardiff & Vale UHB, and local authority services. Ainsley has overseen multi-million-pound projects, managed complex commissioning for continuing healthcare, and worked closely with the police on statement analysis and court documentation.

 

Ainsley’s career is marked by her dedication to clear communication and effective engagement, whether presenting to audiences of up to 250 people, or collaborating with executive teams and service users alike. She excels in distilling complex information into actionable insights, supporting performance management, and fostering cross-organisational learning.

 

As a qualified social worker, Ainsley has served both adult and older adult services, and played a strategic role in implementing the Care Programme Approach.
