Our new Developing Future Leaders programme supports aspiring leaders to develop effective and impactful leadership skills and practices, creating the culture and conditions for innovation and improvement of services.
Our programme can be tailored to meet the needs of your organisation and the team you work with, and will help participants to gain a greater understanding of themselves and how to lead their teams effectively. We can also augment the programme with one-to-one or group coaching to enable participants to develop a deeper understanding of their leadership style, personal effectiveness and capacity for resilience.
Our free workshop will introduce you to practical strategies and skills that you can apply immediately in the workplace and to your own personal growth and development as a leader.
