Lawful and ethical behaviour is of paramount importance to Practice Solutions and is critical
to our continued success. The Practice Solutions Code of Conduct and Ethics makes it clear
that this is a requirement of all employees and suppliers to Practice Solutions. As part of
this requirement, we are committed to protecting and advancing civil and human rights in
all of our activities and interactions.

Practice Solutions is fully supportive of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, which seeks to combat
slavery, forced or compulsory labour and the trafficking of people, whether adults or children, for any
purpose.

This statement outlines our commitment to combat all forms of Slavery and Human Trafficking.

Our Commitment

Our Code of Conduct and Ethics sets out the expectations relevant for all our employees and
all our suppliers. Doing business in an ethical and responsible manner is enshrined within
our policies and procedures. These policies and procedures cover:

  • Equal Opportunity and Anti-Harassment
  • Health, Safety and Environment
  • Human Rights and Equal Opportunities
  • Code of Business Conduct
  • Bullying and Harassment
  • Whistleblowing

We have a strong culture of ethics and integrity that supports and encourages compliance
with these internal policies. Our Whistleblowing policy encourages our employees or other
concerned parties to raise concerns about any business conduct without fear of reprisal or
retribution. Such compliance is further supported by a strong internal audit function which
regularly conducts audits of all areas of our business to ensure compliance with all
applicable laws and regulations.

Risk Assessment

We strive to enhance our approach and all internal policies and procedures have been
reviewed in light of Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking. Training has been provided to
raise awareness of Modern Slavery and the impact it has on communities, families and
above all, those trafficked or enslaved.
