Understand how to develop, implement and evaluate your anti-racism practice through our bespoke awareness training. Our workshop draws on the conclusions and recommendations set out in the Anti-Racist Wales Action Plan, which aims to create an anti-racist Wales by 2030. We will help you to understand, implement and align your work to the ARWAP goals, and break down barriers to engagement.
Reverse mentoring
Reverse mentoring serves as a powerful approach for dismantling systemic biases within organisations, promoting compassion and commitment to creating a more inclusive workforce. We work with your leadership team and individuals with lived experience to become mentors, sharing their unique perspective. This provides valuable insight into the challenges faced and encourages an open dialogue that can lead to change.
Navigating conversations with confidence and compassion
Conversations about race can be complex and sensitive. It’s crucial that leaders and managers are well-prepared to lead these discussions with confidence, compassion and cultural awareness. Our bespoke workshop equips your managers with the tools to initiate and facilitate these conversations effectively, fostering a safe environment where employees feel heard and valued.
Debiasing workforce policies and practice
Gain a better understanding of the barriers and impact of language and terminology within your workforce policies and practices. Our guidance will help you to explore your values and beliefs to minimise personal and policy bias. This programme will ensure your anti-racism practice is transferred into effective policies.
