Practice Solutions was founded in 1999 by Gabe Conlon, a former social worker. In our early years, we led the way in the design and delivery of innovative workshops for local authorities, which improved measures and raised awareness for protecting and safeguarding people from abuse.
Today, we’re a leading consultancy and creative organisation with a focus on values and supporting services for the most vulnerable people in our communities. Our team of experienced and innovative associates have been at the forefront of the strategic agenda in Wales, and understand the very real challenges being faced by organisational leaders and their teams.
In addition to our extensive experience in leading evaluations of services and products, our improvement services help organisations to implement positive change; our engagement work ensures that the voices of staff, people with lived experience, and the wider public are heard and have a say in how services are designed and delivered; and our digital and design teams provide a suite of creative services to tell compelling stories to the right audiences.
