YouTime: A resource to support your wellbeing

Our YouTime playlists have been specifically developed to support front-line staff to maintain their own wellbeing during the Coronavirus outbreak.We have worked with health and wellbeing experts from across the country to create these videos which include a range of practical exercises, useful tips and specialist advice.

The recordings are grouped across five playlists:

The recordings have kindly been donated by a selection of therapists, coaches and practitioners across the UK. Naturally, we highly recommend that you conduct your own due-diligence in adopting their advice and we have included a link with each video to help you find out more about each contributor.
