What is the Anti-Racist Wales Action Plan?
In 2022, the Welsh Government published the Anti-Racist Wales Action Plan (ARWAP), which aims to make Wales an anti-racist nation. This requires us to look at the ways racism is built into our policies, formal and informal rules and regulations, and generally the ways we work.
What are we doing?
Practice Solutions has been working with the Association of Directors of Social Services (ADSS Cymru) on a programme of reports and implementation on key areas in social care including recruitment, career develpoment, workplace culture, and interpretation services.
We also offer a bespoke Developing an Anti-Racist Workforce programme, which gives organisations guidance and support on how to confidently change cultures and behaviours.
