Happy 2026, and what a great start to the year it is for Practice Solutions.
We’re proud to announce that Sarah Day has been awarded an MBE for services to social care. In her joint roles as our Chief Executive and the Business Delivery Unit Lead for ADSS Cymru, Sarah has been passionate about empowering the voices of the most vulnerable and working collaboratively to join the dots across sectors.
This is a fantastic recognition of the importance that social care plays in Wales, with honours also awarded to fellow ADSS Cymru members Jason Bennett (Head of Adult Services in Vale of Glamorgan) and Suzanne Griffiths (Director at National Adoption Service and Foster Wales).
In an announcement on LinkedIn, Sarah said “It’s both a surprise and a genuine honour to be recognised for simply doing work I love. Social care is such a vital part of our society. A sector full of kind, clever and committed people supporting others to live well and achieve great things, every day.”
