As Practice Solutions marks its 25th anniversary, we invited our team to describe PSL in just three words. The responses were thoughtful, heartfelt and reflective of who we are today.
Each word chosen speaks to the values that have guided Practice Solutions from its beginnings in a home office in Cardiff to becoming one of Wales’ leading consultancies for health, care and public services.
One theme stood out in particular: eight of our twelve colleagues included “supportive” or “supported” among their three words. This shared sentiment highlights a culture where people feel encouraged, valued and empowered. It’s a sense of support that has shaped not only who we are as a team, but also the impact Practice Solutions has made over the past quarter of a century.
Responding to the words shared by colleagues, Sarah Day MBE, Practice Solution’s CEO said: “It’s a privilege to read these words from the Practice Solutions team. I’m always grateful to work with such a trusted, supportive and caring group of very special people”.
Other words chosen include Camaraderie, Dynamic, Inspirational, Passion and Trusted- each word capturing a different facet of what makes Practice Solutions what it is today.
