My mission is to stop leaders from thinking, dreaming and playing small – by helping them to be bolder and braver in leading, creating and sustaining change.

Sue Revell joined the leadership team as Strategy Lead in 2020, having initially worked with Practice Solutions as an associate since 2018. Sue has over 30 years of experience in public service leadership and, in particular, working with teams to deliver complex change, from multi-agency service redesign to relocation of hospitals.

She has finely honed skills in project delivery, and a passion for bringing out the best in others. A nurse and clinical leader by background, Sue has experience in general management, project management, public health, strategic planning and organisational change.

Sue is an experienced leadership coach and a trainer in advanced communication skills. She is also the host of the Women on a Mission show – an inspirational podcast for, and about, women who are on a mission to make the world a better place. Coaching internationally, Sue’s clients are ambitious, impact-driven leaders who want to lead with confidence, increase their impact and live a life that matters. Sue loves nothing more than disrupting unhelpful thinking and her clients include business & political leaders, entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs, athletes and performers.

Sue is an experienced Board Member and Non-Executive Director, initially with Pobl Group (formerly Solas Cymru) and also for Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Cymru, taking two lead roles during that time: as Wales Lead for Mentoring and the lead for CMI Women in Wales. Sue is currently a member of the Tai Ffres youth homelessness project board.

Sue holds two Masters Degrees and is a guest lecturer/speaker in the area of personal leadership. She is a regular media contributor and a contributing author to the Thresholds anthology. Most recently, Sue is a volunteer for the Birth Partner Project in Cardiff. Sue is a passionate tennis fan, an accomplished soloist and a butler to two felines.
