I am on a mission to help people live meaningful lives and celebrate moments that matter. At the heart of my work is a commitment to helping people think bigger, be bolder, and lead change with courage, clarity and purpose.
With more than 30 years’ experience in public sector leadership, Sue has worked with teams to deliver complex change, from multi-agency service redesign to hospital relocation. Originally trained as a nurse and clinical leader, her career has also included senior roles in general management, project management, public health, strategic planning and organisational change. Alongside strong project delivery expertise, Sue brings a deep belief in people’s potential and a passion for bringing out the best in others.
Sue is an experienced leadership coach, and a Master Practitioner and Trainer in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. She has been a guest lecturer in Personal Leadership on the Cardiff University International MBA programme and has also taught Advanced Communication Skills for Glyndŵr University.
Alongside this, Sue has extensive board-level experience. She served three terms as a Non-Executive Director with the former Pobl Group and has been a Board Member of CMI Cymru. Sue is currently a Project Board Member for the Tai Ffres Youth Homelessness Project.
Sue is the host of the Life, Love & Legacy podcast, a regular media contributor, and former Director of Strategy and Communications for Practice Solutions. She is also an Independent Celebrant / Master Celebrant in training, bringing together her love of story, identity and meaningful moments to create ceremonies that are personal, thoughtful and deeply human.
