I am passionate about developing the people to be the best version of themselves. I have special interest in working with new and developing leaders on their journey to ensure they make the transition into their new role and responsibilities successfully, ensuring teams are working together effectively.

Ross had a career in high performance sport including Rugby Union and Rowing and was commissioned to write Functional Training: Build, Connect, Perform, before joining local government. The last decade has been in developing people and teams in OD roles in both Local Government and Health. Through coaching and mentoring Ross develops leaders that are more effective in their roles, create psychologically safe working environments for their teams. Ross uses a variety of facilitation methods including LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, Outdoor Team development and diagnostics.

Ross leads on Compassionate Leadership within the partnership space in Powys. In his private practice he focusses on Interview Preparation coaching for middle and senior manager positions, and runs a First90day coaching programme for leaders in new roles.
