I am passionate about making a difference to children and families, and strongly believe in the development of early intervention and prevention to support families to improve outcomes.
Rhian has over 30 years of experience working in the public sector, including police and social care.
Her most recent experience has been working in children and families services, both in the statutory sector and non-statutory early intervention and prevention provision.
Rhian has facilitated multi-agency workshops to aid strategic planning and service development, and worked on commissioning strategy, business plans, consultation and participation with children involved with social services and parents/carers. She also lectures in health and social care.
