Rachel gained over 15 years of experience working as a communications and events manager in higher education, before moving into communications within the social care sector. SHe joined Practice Solutions in 2017 and led on the communications and engagement activity for one of Practice Solutions principal projects, managing the business of the Association of Directors of Social Services Cymru (ADSS).
Rachel has a strong focus on delivering impactful communication to achieve organisational goals, manage stakeholder engagement and media relations. She is skilled in all aspects of planning, delivering and evaluating communications campaigns. She’s also a fluent Welsh speaker.
