I’m a project manager with over 8 years’ experience leading technology and operations teams. I have a strong background in process improvement, risk management, and delivering results on time and within budget. I enjoy collaborating across teams to solve complex challenges, and outside of work I’m an avid runner and mentor for young professionals.
Martin Heuter is a commissioning specialist with over 15 years experience as a commissioner and programme manager in social care and health in both Germany and the UK.
He specialises in strategic thinking, and has recently been leading the development of supported accommodation in Nottinghamshire, engaging with many stakeholders in the public and third sector.
Martin is passionate about developing a deep understanding of what organisations and users of services need to lead a fulfilled life and facilitates the development of services. Outside of work he enjoys long distance cycling in the UK and Europe, hiking in his chosen home of Pembrokeshire, is actively involved in his local village and fundraises for and volunteers in a village in India, working with children and young people through the medium of arts and crafts.
