Expertise

  • Designs and implements new ways of working, operating models and organisation evolution.

My passion is supporting leaders and organisations to move from extractive, short-term thinking toward ethical, inclusive and regenerative ways of operating which maximise their positive impact on communities and ecosystems.

Jules is known for pairing strategic clarity with a deeply human approach: helping people make difficult decisions with integrity, strengthen trust across stakeholders, and translate values into governance, culture, operating models and measurable outcomes. Her practice is grounded in the belief that leaders create the conditions for positive futures – and that ethical leadership is not a slogan, but a daily discipline expressed through incentives, relationships, and the way value is shared.

Jules is Co-CEO of JERICA Global, an international business design and leadership development organization, and is an expert advisory panel member and official nominator for The Earthshot Prize. She has previously held roles such as Director of Strategy for New Zealand’s Managed Isolation and Quarantine Service, Programme Director and Design Lead for whole-of-organisation operating model and structure programmes in central government agencies, Consortium Manager for local authority consortia providing regional services for vulnerable communities.
