Glenda has 19 years of HR experience working in both the public and private sectors. During this time, she has been involved in developing and implementing a range of strategic HR initiatives including: change management; culture and transformational change; coaching and mentoring; performance management; talent and career development; TUPE; project management; and complex employee relations.


Glenda’s key skills are relationship management, communication, influencing and ensuring that solutions are business and outcome-focused. She is a chartered member of the Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) and qualified in Occupational Psychometrics.
