A better Wales to live and work in

Our work is primarily in the health, care and public sectors. That means we’re supporting services for the most vulnerable in our communities.

When you join the Practice Solutions team, you’ll be making a direct difference to the people of Wales. Our clients include charities, local authorities, health boards and government organisations. No two days are the same, but every day is rewarding.

“Everyone is warm and welcoming, working at a vibrant pace to make real change in the world.”

Becky Holmes, Digital & Engagement Lead

We’re passionate about equality and accessibility. Much of our work involves making sure people with lived experience have an active say in how services are designed and delivered.

We are also especially keen for job applications for those currently under-represented in the health, social care and creative sectors, including those from Black, Asian and ethnic minority backgrounds, people with disabilities and people who are LGBTQIA+.

Case Study: Believe Swansea

The Believe project offers life-changing opportunities for care leavers aged 18 – 25 who are based in Swansea. Together with Barnardo’s Cymru and a team of young care leavers, we offer a range of services and products designed to open doors for positive change.

Young carers have been provided free holidays, laptops, free broadband, a room makeover and more. These have tangible effects for young carers, giving them the freedom to make positive decisions in their life.

“Working with young care leavers has been brilliant. Providing them with opportunities they just wouldn’t have access to. This could really be life changing and I can see the confidence in the young people already and their willingness to step forward and try something new.”
