Jean focuses on connecting strategy to how organisations operate in practice. His work is grounded in understanding and discovery, working with leadership, frontline teams, and communities to draw out insight and build a clear picture of the environments they operate within.

He supports organisations to make sense of complexity by bringing together different perspectives and translating them into clear, practical approaches. From this, he helps design strategies, structures, and ways of working that are rooted in reality and able to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Jean has experience across enterprise transformation, organisational restructuring, and impact evaluation, including large-scale change programmes and cross-sector collaborations. He is particularly focused on helping organisations build the capability and confidence to deliver change, ensuring that strategy is not only well defined, but understood, embedded, and sustained over time.
