Mark is a commercially minded Fellow of the CIPD with over 35 years’ experience operating at Executive and Board level across the NHS and Local Government. Mark has held Chief HR and Chief People and Performance roles and currently lead Workforce and Organisational Development at system level within one of Wales’ Health Boards. Alongside this, he has contributed as an HR expert to a range of national projects and programmes, bringing assurance, insight, and practical delivery experience. Mark combines deep expertise in complex employee relations and employment law, including leading high-risk investigations and acting as a hearing officer, with a strong track record of delivering award-winning workforce transformation and employee engagement initiatives. Mark is passionate about delivering fair, legally robust, and commercially sustainable, people-centred change that achieves measurable organisational outcomes.
