Expertise

Deb has over 30 years of experience working in public sector roles across children and families, education, housing, youth work, health, and social care. She is passionate about supporting children and families through early intervention and prevention, aiming to improve outcomes and wellbeing. 

 

Her recent work has focused on children and families services in both statutory and non-statutory early intervention settings. Deb has facilitated multi-agency workshops to support strategic planning and service development, contributed to commissioning strategies, business plans, and consultations involving children and families. She has completed a national review of coproduction across partnership boards (Project Dewi) and currently works on a social care workforce project. 

 

Deb has roles in corporate governance, chairing, leadership and change management, programme management, and workforce and organisational development. She also works across policy and transformation and serves as a lay member for local authorities in governance and risk. She is chair of a Cadarn housing group.
