John McConnachie has over 25 years of experience supporting organisations, teams, and individuals in building essential skills, knowledge, and confidence. His approach centres on the human elements of human resources, fostering behaviours that empower people to achieve outstanding results. Throughout his career, John has collaborated extensively with government bodies, corporate entities, and third sector organisations, ensuring his work is inclusive and impactful across various sectors.

 

John previously managed Social Care and Corporate Training for Monmouthshire County Council, where he designed and delivered innovative change programmes aimed at addressing organisational and cultural challenges. These initiatives led to significant business process improvements and enhanced the effectiveness of teams. John also designed a research project across health and social care to improve patient experiences during hospital discharge, resulting in a large-scale creative training solution that upskilled social workers, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Nursing Staff. He’s also developed and live tested a website chatbot to improve customer satisfaction.

 

John’s work is driven by his core values of creativity, making a difference, problem solving, learning, and supporting others. He is committed to understanding the root causes of organisational challenges, clarifying expected outcomes, and designing robust, creative solutions.
