From small beginnings in a home office in Cardiff 25 years ago, Practice Solutions has grown into one of Wales’ leading consultancies for the social care and wider public sector.
Founded by former social worker Gabe Conlon, our early work focused on innovative workshops that helped local authorities strengthen safeguarding and improve support for people across Wales. 25 years on, led by our CEO, Sarah Day, Gabe’s daughter, that same spirit of care and curiosity continues to drive us, as we help organisations to design, deliver and lead sustainable change with people at the heart.
Over the years, we’ve been proud to play a role in some of Wales’ most meaningful programmes. From supporting the development of the Social Services Wellbeing Act and its roll out across Wales, leading national citizen engagement, to pioneering digital storytelling projects, we have always been passionate about making sure that those seldom heard in society can have their voices amplified. Today, we continue to evolve, combining creativity, technology and compassion through digital transformation projects such as assessing the workforce readiness for Copilot and Developing Healthy Organisations (DHO), each one helping leaders and teams to thrive.
