Sharon has over 25 years of experience working in the private sector, covering business support and administrative duties.
She has 10 years of experience working with Autism Care UK / Maria Mallaband Care group covering business support on a regional and residential basis, always committed to being compassionate and supporting adults with learning disabilities, their families and support staff. She provided comprehensive support for the head office with policy reviews and implementation. She further developed her skills with a Diploma in Administration & Business.
Sharon relocated to South Wales where she worked with West Wales Care Partnership as Business and Project Support, supporting senior managers and RPB in minute taking and secretariat duties. She supported a wide range of projects at an operational and strategic level, interacting with stakeholders, senior managers, board members and social care staff across the region, including supporting workshops and engagement with third sector and other senior leaders.
Sharon is delighted to join Practice Solutions and ADSS as Business Support Coordinator.
